Our prices are based on two people staying in one room. We do not have any single rooms but do have a single occupancy rate. The family rates are for the family room and have a supplementary charge depending on the number of children (see below) The family room is ensuite with a shower not a bath. It is not suitable for 3 adults.

We reserve the right to charge an additional £5 supplementary charge for a one night bookings All prices are inclusive of VAT and include breakfast. At week ends normally there is a minimum stay of 2 nights but for spring and autumn months, with the exception of half term, this may not apply.
